Founded in 2019 by childhood best friends Curtis Little and Jon Coe, our company's roots are deeply personal. Growing up across the street from one another on Mount Oak Place, they built a bond that would one day become the foundation of their business. This shared history and the street that brought them together inspired the company's name: Mount Oak.

Mount Oak has consistently delivered impressive results since its founding. Despite challenges to the industry caused by COVID-19, the company delivered two projects with seven retailers and restaurants in 2021. This early success was underscored by the subsequent sale of those first two projects which set the stage for continued growth. The company has expanded year over year, with significant milestones in the years that followed.

Today, Mount Oak tackles over 10 projects per year for a variety of national and regional retail and restaurant brands. Our team finds immense satisfaction in helping these brands grow and open successful new locations across the Southeast.
